The Covid-19 pandemic has a big impact on our society and the way we go about our lives.

At Happy Homes Algarve we have implemented rigorous measures protect you and your family and to be compliant with health and safety recommendations according to guidelines from the National Health authorities (DGA) as well as the National Tourism Board. When you see the Clean & Safe seal you know that the accommodation is in compliance with this health protocol. All our staff has had training on implementing and checking to ensure Covid-19 procedures are followed to keep you safe.

On arrival we will explain to you our check-in and check-out procedures in compliance with social distancing rules. You will find an alcohol based disinfectant (70- 75% alcohol content) as well as facemasks for all the members of your family at the entrance of the property.

Swimming pools are considered safe and all outdoor furniture and sunbeds at private pools are being cleaned and disinfected between stays. For communal pools one has to follow the condominium rules which will be explained at the check in and are also in the house folder of the property. When in doubt you can always get in contact with Happy Homes.

In case you suspect one of your family members may one of the Covid-19 symptoms like difficulty with breading, cough and/or fever the health authorities are advising not to go directly to the hospital or health centre but to first call the SNS24 line (808 24 24 24). In case of language barriers you can rest assured that our staff at Happy Homes will be at hand to assist you. In case an infected family member should go in quarantine, most of our properties offer a designated area to fulfil isolation in order for guests to be safe while waiting for the health authorities to arrive.
