This magnificent manor house like villa called Quinta da Palmeira is situated in a rural setting just outside the center of Luz de Tavira. Luz is a nice typical Portuguese village approx. 5 km from Tavira and only 3 km from from the nearest beach in Pedras del Rei. In the good old days this used to be a country estate amongst orange groves. The villa is still surrounded by fruit trees ad guests are welcome to pick their own fruit. In addition you can buy fresh vegetables and eggs directly from the neighbour. There is a small daily fresh market in the village, as well as a supermarket, various typical Portuguese cafes and restaurants.

This spacious villa - full of light - combines modern architecture with professional design and good taste. It consist of a living room with double height ceilings and fireplace (wood burner stove), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a utility room. From the living room a staircase leads to the landing on the 1st floor with nice views down to the stylish living room. The 1st floor comprises a spacious master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom.

There are various semi-covered terraces surrounding the house. The covered terrace has a dining table and chairs for 'alfresco dining'. Fully fenced garden with mature palm trees and carport.

Bed linen and  towels included (beach towels are not included). No smoking inside the villa please. Pets are welcome, but on request only. Minimum stay 2 months.
